Drawing & Painting
Each week our Drawing & Painting class explores different styles, techniques and themes within art. All materials for the class are provided so all you need to bring is your own imagination and creativity.
Sportsmobility
Sportsmobility classes features a range of activities based around movement and sports, whether it's darts, archery, table football, skittles or gentle, disabled-friendly aerobic classes. The class takes place weekly during school term time and is fun and energising for all!
Swimming Class
ACE provides a weekly swimming class at Brixham Swimming Pool for 10 less-able bodied swimmers. Swimmers are assisted in the changing rooms and then into the pool by hoist or stairs. Each swimmer has a dedicated volunteer and the tutor will suggest bespoke exercises.
Thursday Group
The Thursday Group is at the social and educational heart of ACE. Members meet weekly and enjoy a hot drink together and a chance to catch-up. This is followed by listening to an invited guest speaker discussing a variety of topics and interests, or possibly doing an activity such as craft making.
